RARI Cancellation Policy
1. Customer-Initiated Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only if:
Requested within 12 hours of placing the order, AND
The product has not been dispatched or entered production (for made-to-order items).
Once dispatched or in production, cancellation is not possible.
2. Made-to-Order Cancellations
Since customised pieces begin production shortly after confirmation, they cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
3. Refund for Cancellation
If the cancellation request is approved:
Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment mode.
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI.
4. Cancellation by RARI
We may cancel an order under rare conditions such as:
Product out of stock
Quality concerns
Pricing errors
Payment verification issues
You will receive a full refund in such cases.
