Rari Shipping Policy – Processing & Delivery Timeline
At RARI, each piece is crafted and curated with care.
Standard Delivery: All ready-stock products are dispatched within 3–5 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days across India.
Made-to-Order / Customised Pieces: Some of our signature styles are made-to-order to maintain exclusivity. In such cases, the delivery timeline may extend to 10–15 days.
Extended Timelines
If your order includes items that are not currently in stock or require additional craftsmanship, shipping may take longer.
We will personally update you regarding any extended timelines.
You will always have the option to modify or cancel the order before dispatch in case of delays.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
COD charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS/Email for real-time updates.
International Shipping
International shipping timelines vary by destination and typically take 10–20 days. Customs duties (if any) must be borne by the customer.

RARI Return & Exchange Policy
At RARI, every piece is handcrafted with precision and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. We ensure that your jewellery reaches you in perfect condition.
Returns
As a boutique jewellery brand, we currently do not offer returns on any product once delivered, unless:
The product arrives damaged,
The product received is incorrect, or
There is a manufacturing defect.
In such rare cases, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement.
Exchanges
We offer exchange only under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
The exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange is applicable only for size issues (where relevant) or minor design swaps of the same value category.
Once approved, you may exchange the product for:
Another RARI product of the same or higher value, or
Store credit (valid for 60 days).

Items purchased during exhibitions or with special discounts
International orders
Refunds
Refunds are not applicable, except when the ordered product is unavailable or cancelled from our side due to unforeseen reasons. In such cases, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, only if the order hasn’t been dispatched or moved into production for a made-to-order piece.
