RARI Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we ensure every piece undergoes strict quality checks. Refunds are offered only under specific scenarios.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, AND
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT provided for:
Change of mind
Size issues
Colour variation due to lighting
Sale items
Made-to-order / customised pieces
Products bought at exhibitions or with special discounts
International orders
3. Refund Method
If approved:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment mode.
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer/UPI.
4. Product Unavailability
If an ordered item becomes unavailable from our side, the full amount will be refunded.
5. Misuse of Policy
RARI reserves the right to decline refund requests that appear manipulated, fraudulent, or without valid proof.
