Warranty Coverage
- Rari Jewellery products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including issues with clasps, stones, or metal craftsmanship.
- The warranty covers repairs or replacement of defective items due to material or workmanship flaws.
- Please note: All shipping costs for sending items for repair or replacement under warranty are borne by the client.
Exclusions
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
- Customized or personalized items are not included in warranty coverage.
Claim Process

- Our team will review and provide instructions for repair or replacement.
- Clients are responsible for return shipping costs; once received, Rari will ensure secure handling of your item.
