Warranty Coverage

  • Rari Jewellery products come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, including issues with clasps, stones, or metal craftsmanship.
  • The warranty covers repairs or replacement of defective items due to material or workmanship flaws.
  • Please note: All shipping costs for sending items for repair or replacement under warranty are borne by the client.

Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
  • Customized or personalized items are not included in warranty coverage.

Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  1. Email rarijewel25@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the defect.
  2. Our team will review and provide instructions for repair or replacement.
  3. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs; once received, Rari will ensure secure handling of your item.
